Good afternoon everyone! I have a couple of updates for you as we close in on Saturday!

-We will be playing ONE, 7 inning game after some conversations with different teams. We intended to have one, 5 inning game, so this is a small change.

-We are adding a small and easy food special. Grilled to order Smoked Polish Sausages and Kielbases will be available for $4 each.

-Since the Packers are playing at 7:15, we are cancelling Myles Wangerin in hopes of rescheduling. Stay for the Packer game and enjoy the playoff run!

Just so everyone knows, the little number near the bracket is the game number. The games will go in order from game 1, to game 2, and so on. Some brackets may have 17 games, but also might only have 16 total. As soon as a game is done, the next game will begin. Keep in mind that your first game might not be right at 10. You will have 5 minutes to warm up per team between games for your FIRST game only.

General Information JJs on the bend tournament(also in email)

Good morning-

If you are receiving this email, you have one or more teams registered for our tournament on January 20th. We are excited to be hosting the tournament.

We have 27 teams registered for the tournament and will have three different divisions. The divisions will be based on averages that you have submitted. You will play on the same board, the whole day. One board is located upstairs where we have a full-service bar, and two boards will be located downstairs where there is a larger full-service bar.

Here is some general information about the tournament:

If you have not paid, make sure to get Tom the money when you get to Jjs. You will receive one drink ticket per team member.
Practice shooting will start as early as 9 AM(we will open around 8:45).
The games will begin at 10 AM. If you are not in the first set of games, we will allow a 5-minute warm-up period before your first game, but it will only be before the first time you shoot.
Games will be 5 innings long and we will be working through a standard bracket with a winners and a losers side(double elimination). In the A and B divisions, you will need to shoot 1st and 3rd (alternating). The C division will have no requirement to shoot back and forth.
If you have any other questions about the format of the tournament, please reach out and ask. The brackets are attached. Please take a look and see if anything does not look correct. Make sure you are only on one bracket(I am human).

Now, a little more about the specials that we are offering each of you the day of the tournament:

$5 rail bloodies
Loaded bloodies with varying prices (pictures attached)
$4 tall boy Coors Light, High Life, Miller Lite (while supplies last)
$1, $2, and $3 clear the cooler specials(find out when you come in!)
$15 buckets of domestic beer (6 bottles)
$16 buckets of hard seltzers(5 cans)
We will be offering a full menu starting when we open at 9.
We will be serving breakfast (Bacon, eggs, and toast for $5)
We will also be releasing our new BBQ menu on Saturday!(you are the first to see the menu)
We have live music starting at 8 PM. Myles Wangerin is an outstanding artist who performs at fairs, festivals, and bars.

Good evening everyone-

I will be sending out an email next week that has brackets and general information about the tournament. One board will be located in our upstairs bar and will be the "c" division.

At this point, I am still waiting on about 5 teams averages and then will get you all of the information. We look forward to seeing everyone on the 20th!
